Blair Athol 9Yr 2011-2020 Single Malt 49.90% 700ml

The palate opens with the dark ,treacly sherry and dried fruit, however, just like on the nose the barley, malt and nutty American oak moves in on the middle. Quite a toasty and herbal finish with the Bourbon and sherry battling it out. Balanced and entertaining.
