Released to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Arran distillery, this whisky was bottled from a vatting of casks that were laid down in the first year of operation 1995. Initially matured in a select combination of mostly ex-bourbon casks, these barrels were then re-racked into sherry casks for a final period of 1 year to finish.

Description
The nose is rich and oaky, with nutmeg, fig and black cherries, building to fruit cake and toasted almond. The lighter side of the spirit shows through with apricot and manuka honey, ending creamy and spicy to finish.
